AudioTikflow provides browser-based tools to alter audio files (including Pitch, Reverb, Bass Boost, and 8D spatial effects).

You retain all ownership rights to the original audio files you process using our tool. However, by using AudioTikflow, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring you possess the legal right, including necessary copyright permissions and licenses, to modify and distribute any audio files.
• AudioTikflow does not grant you the right to bypass copyright filters on third-party platforms.
• We assume no liability for copyright infringement claims, account strikes, or legal actions resulting from user-generated content processed through our service.

Access to premium features (such as Bass Boost, Lo-Fi, and 8D Spatial Audio) requires a paid subscription (Pro or Studio).

• Billing Cycle: By selecting a subscription plan, you authorize our third-party payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• EU Withdrawal Right: If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund, provided you have not utilized exported audio files commercially during that period.

To ensure the security and functionality of AudioTikflow, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the security measures or premium access controls of the application.
• Use automated scraping, bots, or unauthorized APIs to process or export audio.
• Use the service to process audio that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.

AudioTikflow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the compatibility of exported files with third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). We do not guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all web browsers and devices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AudioTikflow and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, device malfunctions, or account penalties on third-party platforms arising from the use of our processed audio.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, specifically the jurisdiction of Île-de-France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
